Available Services
Assessment/Re-assessment
Completed by a Licensed Mental Health Professional for Adults, ages 21 and above. As well as for Children/Youth ages 6-20
Medication Management
Inclusive of a Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management, including the prescribing of medications by a Psychiatric Physician Assistant in an individual session.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)
Psycho-educational services designed to assist the individual with compensating for or eliminating functional deficits and interpersonal or environmental barriers associated with their mental illness. Mostly provided in the home, school, and community.
Outpatient Counseling / Psycotherapy
Is provided to Adults and Children by a Licensed Mental Health Professional. This service may be provided as Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, or as Family Therapy. Will mostly be provided in the office.
Community psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST)
A comprehensive service focusing on reducing the disability resulting from mental illness, restoring functional skills of daily living, building natural supports, and solution-oriented interventions mostly provided in the home, school, and community.
Crisis Intervention Services
May be provided 24 hours a day in the home, school, or community. This service is provided to an individual experiencing a psychiatric crisis and designed to de-escalate the crisis to prevent a more restrictive level of treatment such as hospitalization or a visit to the Emergency Department.
